Foods with a high G.I., are quickly digested and absorbed, causing a rapid rise in blood sugar. On the other hand, foods with a low G.I. are digested and absorbed at a slower rate, and subsequently, cause a slower rise in blood sugar levels.
Multigrain Atta Mix is a blend of 8 Grains which includes Chana Daal, Soya bean, Barley, Bajra, Jawar, Black chana, Oats and Ragi.
Mixing Recommendation: Blend Amwel Multigrain Atta Mix into your normal wheat flour from 10%-50% as per your taste.
